My custom field does not show as expected

🤔 Problem

When I select my custom field to be displayed in the chart, the values do not seem to be correct and/or are not the ones that can be seen when I view the respective issues.

Our standard procedure is that we take into account the custom field type we receive from the REST API. Given the custom field type, we display the custom field value accordingly.

In the case where the custom field type is not supported, we use a fallback mechanism for value retrieval that prints a string representation as we do not currently offer any transformation functions.

Therefore, we might not be able to support any third-party plugin.
