What is a condition?

A condition controls whether a transition can be executed by the user. If the criteria of the condition are met, then the user can transition the issue. Otherwise, they will not see the transition in the selection of possible transitions. In the board view, the target column will not be highlighted. A Condition is executed when the issue is loaded. Thus, it cannot be combined with a transition screen.
