Table Enhancer Configuration
Parameters
Table number
Select an existing table that will be added to the macro. The table number corresponds to the position of the table on the page. To use the third table from the top in the Table Enhancer, choose 3 as the table number.
Row numbers
Adds a consecutive number (starting at 1) to every row. The row will be added to the left of the table
Options:
None: There will be no numbering.
Once Before Sorting: Add row numbers before initial sorting (see Sort order bellow for more information).
Once After Sorting: Add row numbers after initial sorting (see Sort order bellow for more information).
Independent From Sorting: Add row numbers completely independent from every sorting.
Background color for row numbers
Choose the background color for the row number cells.
Options:
Grey: Grey color.
Red: Red color.
Green: Green color.
Blue: Blue color.
Yellow: Yellow color.
Transparent: There will be no color.
As right next cell: Copy the color from the right next cell compared to the row number cell.
Background color shade for row numbers
Choose the background color shade for the row number cells. The default one is Normal
Light: Light shade of the color.
Normal: Normal shade of the color.
Dark: Dark shade of the color.
Sort order
Choose a sort order by selecting columns (1, 2, ...) together with their respective sort order (ASC for ascending, DESC for descending). Column numbers start with 1.
For example: 2 DESC ↓
, 3 ASC ↑
first sorts by column 2 descending and then 3 ascending if some cells in column 2 have the same value.
Total line
When enabled, shows a total line at the end of the table. It contains sums for all columns containing numeric values. If the column contains non numeric characters no sum is shown.
Decimal mark
Choose either. (point)
or , (comma)
as the decimal separator for parsing and summing numeric values for the total line.
Number of rows to keep visible
Choose the number of rows at the top of the table to be fixed while scrolling. The default value is 1.
Number of columns to keep visible
Choose the number of columns on the left of the table to be fixed while scrolling (incl. a possible row numbering column).
