When utilizing the universal postfunction, you can choose from both native Jira postfunctions and those added by third-party plugins.
However, a technical limitation exists in Jira Data Center versions 10.5.0 - 10.7.2, where third-party plugin postfunction names are not resolved correctly. Instead, their keys are displayed in the select dropdown. Although this may cause some inconvenience, the keys should still provide enough information to understand the postfunction's purpose.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, an update of the Jira core product version to >10.7.2 is required.
