Emojis not behaving as expected

We are aware that emojis are not behaving as expected within our macro. In normal circumstances, Table Enhancer macro fetches the emoji inputs from Atlassian CDN. Fetching emojis from Atlassian CDN is currently not possible as it was described in this ECOSYSTEM ticket.

We understand this issue renders emojis unusable in our app, which is frustrating for our users. As an intermediate solution we implemented a backup where we:

• use Unicode representations where available,

• provide PNG versions of popular Atlassian-specific emojis that lack Unicode counterparts.

For now, we’ve identified 6 such popular emojis ( ). Should you need any other emojis to be included in our fallback for your use case, you can simply reach out to us via our support portal.
