Deleting a Survey macro or the page containing it does not delete the associated Survey data.
Survey data is not stored directly on the page containing the Survey macro. By copying a Survey there may even be multiple Survey macros sharing the same Survey data. To completely delete a Survey, you therefore need to:

Delete all Survey macros referencing the underlying Survey data

Delete the underlying Survey data via the Manage Surveys overview page
A Survey manager can use the linked pages column on the Manage Surveys overview page to quickly navigate to all pages containing Survey macros displaying the same Survey.

The workflow described above lets you completely remove all Survey data. You can use this to be GDPR compliant.
