What is the “Universal Condition”?

The “Universal Condition” offered by Workflow Enhancer allows you to create a condition based on the values of any issue fields or properties of the user performing the transition, written as a boolean expression. The condition will only pass when the entered expression evaluates to the selected boolean value (true or false).
