Respond for other participants
Sometimes, participants may ask a survey manager to respond on their behalf. This request may arise when they need to make slight adjustments to their responses while away from the office or after the survey has closed. Survey managers have the ability to reply on behalf of participants to address such scenarios.
Survey managers can respond for participants in all survey modes.
Responding for other users is disabled in all anonymous surveys!
To respond for other participants you must turn on “Responding for any eligible participant by a survey manager“ in the Settings tab.
Go to your survey and click on Eligible participants and search in the top left search bar for the user you want to respond for.
Click on Create or Change depending of whether the participant has already responded.
Fill out the form as requested by the user and click Complete.
