We support migration of Enterprise Surveys with Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant from Server/Data center(version >= 6.1.0) to Cloud and Multivote macros(version >=7.3.0) ! As there is still a slight gap on how to convert pages to the new format, we provide a semi-automated solution for this.
