Adding a "Universal Condition"

Create or edit a workflow.

Select a transition for which you would like to add the condition.

In the “Rules” section of the sidebar, select “Add restrict transition rule”.

In the list of rules, select “Universal Condition” and click on “Select”.

Specify an expression and click on “Add”.
